Question Unknown files

Hi ,
I found desktop.ini, thumbs.db files in folders where i store pictures.
even i delete them they come again. they are hidden files.
What are these files? Does they harm my PC?
Thanks,
Juven.

no they are not harmful.
destop.ini = desktop settings/config
thumbs.db = to cache thumbnails properly

if you want to remove thumbnails go to folder options and tick "do not cache thumbnails"
