Sound problem, software wise not hardware
So i have an onboard soundcard. WMP works fine with it, and so do games (i'm assuming so since bioshock worked). But Wavepad and even videos online wont play sound such as videos on break.com and youtube(not sure about others, but assuming those dont work either.) Any help would be nice.
