I find Counter-Strike Source fun and Day of Defeat Source because they are fps. I like WWII so Day of Defeat is really fun. I highly reccommend Counter-Strike Source though, fast, fun, and furious.
I think i'm going to download the COD4 demo

i have CS:S i want a game with a story. F.E.A.R. XP did the trick for a day. Yeah, so short...

anyway i made up my mind. i'm gonna grab STALKER, Half Life 2, and maybe MOH:Airborne. I'm not really into the WWII games.

you really can't go wrong with valve products... HL2, orange box, DoD, CSS, they are all great

TF2 is my current favorite though so i cant help but suggest that above the rest

Since you like FPS' try STALKER, it's really fun and will keep you occupied for a while. However, if you're willing to try out an RPG play Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic, that game is one of the best RPG's ever, and it will keep you interested for at least 35 hours of play time.

Both kotor and Oblivion are great. Kotor has more a story, but it's obviously more linear. As for oblivion, I'm still playing it. I gotta admit the only reason is because of the fantastic mods that have been released (qarls texture, trees and flora texture make the game look twice as good, TNR is great. These are three more mods I just added as of a week ago)as vanilla oblivion gets old. If you're in the ballpark for a RPG I agree, they're the best.
