Yes. Above 70C is too high, IMO. Start @ 360 FSB. Let Prime95 run overnight. Some people recommend 24 hours. If you don't receive any errors, continue to increase the FSB until the CPU is unstable. Then lower the FSB a little bit. This is not a quick process. I've had my Q6600 since August and I'm still trying to find the right OC setting.
