Well, no dust inside is good NB chipsets tend to run hot, so you may want to consider leaving it as-is. My CPU runs wicked cold, but the NB is always warm to the touch, and hot during some applications. It's a bit tricky changing a HS on one. If you do decide to do it, make sure you apply some thermal compound on it just like you would a CPU HSF.
