Talking disable close button

please dont ask why. but i really want to disable the close button in all windows.

as in the X button in the top right corner.

anyone know how to do it?

im thinking maybe somewhere in the registry?

Right Click Desktop > Appearance > Properties, or advanced Properties, I'm sure there's something around there, I've seen it before, take a look...

lol cant find anything. ive searched around. and the only thing that does what i want requires lots of vb coding and registry editing. it shouldnt be that hard

I'm pretty sure it's not that simple, however check that out but you need microsoft access.
