He is right but there's a problem.
vista and xp have complety different drivers
so when you dual boot the os will crash BUT you can make your own instalation DVD with the xp/vista vista drivers and hey presto you have a working dual boot computer
Materials
- nLite(free)
- Vista installation cd
- ALL!!! the vista drivers and hotfixs for your model
Method
- Install then run nLite
- When you get to this screen insert your vista disc and browse to it
- Then select the option you want and keep going and follow the prompt
