As far as your memory, are you talking about lowering the timming or raising the mhz. To get the mhz up you have to raise your bus speed up from 200. If your talking about the timming after the bios loads press Ctrl and F1 at the same time and it opens more bios features. Your timming and voltage setting are under the MIT settings.
Overclocking your memory isnt really going to get you that much. You already have DRR2 800, if you put DDR2 677 in it, sitting behind the computer without running a benchmark you could probably not tell a difference. Your 5000 BE with a unlocked X, that was the point to be able to overclock and the memory stays at stock speed. But if you try every 1 mhz you raise you bus speed from 200 your memory goes up 4 mhz. If your bus is 201 your memory will be 402/804 and so on.
