Recently my hard drive dived to its end and now I need to replace it. No cash available but I do have an extra hard drive in an older computer of mine. The hard disk is in good condition, I already know. I want to swap it into the other computer that has the scratched hard disk because it hasa video cards and other mainboard setups. Can I do this?
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD CAVIAR 307AA Mainboard: MSI K8N NEO MS-7030 VER. 1 |

yup, you have to install proper chipset and vga drivers + any various pci card drivers.
