what is the difference between the two?
why is the E6750 cheaper?

The E6750 is better, it has a higher clock speed and faster bus speed.

Also the e6750 is newer, so the production cost was probably lower.

No one today should, however before the E6750 was out, the E6600 was a great buy at $300.
