Default Graphics Problem

Whenever I play the Crysis Demo, there's graphics glitches that flash across the screen, even though the game runs smoothly with everything on medium.

The wierd thing is the fact that whenever my view is higher than 45 degrees, the whole screen blanks (with the game still running fine, just no visuals), and when my view is looking under 45 degrees, the graphics are fine, but it still glitches out with polygons flashing randomly across the game every few seconds.

I have a 512Mb X1600 Radeon Video card, a 3.0 Dual Core AMD Processor, An Asus M2N32 Motherboard, and 2 GB RAM, with a 22" Widescreen Monitor. I have the latest CCC and Drivers for my Video Card.

Is my problem solely because of my video card's make, etc, or is it a software thing? If any of you have any ideas on how I can solve this problem, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
