I am unable to upgrade my machine until next year. But the wifey was feeling bad for me and is letting me buy a video card. I have been thinking about the x1950 pro AGP 512Mb (probably HIS Radeon) but was worried that my machine will not power it or run it.
Current setup P4 3.0 Ghz (believe its a Asus P4C800 mb but its been 4 years since I put my rig together) 2GB memory 128Mb 9800 Pro AIW 350W power supply. Do you think my power supply will handle the card? I dont have much hooked up at the moment. 1 hd and 1 dvd drive until I upgrade next year sometime. I believe my Mb will handle the card as its AGP but I am still a little worried about that as well. Any help would be great. |
