Default PC Pitstop Optimize Plus Registry Mechanic?

Hi
I'm running XP and have Pc Pitstop Optimize and have no complaints ..It does some registry cleaning but I ran the trial also of registry mechanic and it shows a ton more stuff left in registry...should I buy it also and use both

Use CCleaner its freeware and great at registry cleaning, haven't really used the disk cleanup type part of it, has i am not really pushed for storage space. However i think it is very important to keep the registry free from crap.
