It's always safer to OC with your own numbers. Someone can give you a estimate at what to set things, but too many variables exist (NB/SB temp, RAM tolerance, gradient CPU design/integrity, blah) to ensure an optimized or even safe configuration. Just slowly bump up the voltages when things get unstable, and you'll find your volt. niche quickly.
That said, there might be someone willing to pop in and OC for you. I'm not familiar with Wolfsdale OCing numbers anyways.
