+ 2gb crucial value ram 667 5-5-5-12 + 650i sli, gigabyte mobo (8x/8x pcie) + 2x 8800gt vs e6750 @ 3.6-3.8ghz with scythe ninja b/ thermalright extreme + 2gb corsair 800 4-4-4-12 oc'd to around 500mhz 5-5-515 + single 8800gt +p35 mobo ???

Since you are wanting to run on a 650i, and not a 680i... It would bring down the speed to PCI-e x8 and not x16...

i read my ass off about that, the 8x pcie lock wont even bottleneck a 8800 ultra. so its a non-issue.
how much does ram effect my fps? worse comes to worse by opinions theres alays this for 50$ more http://www.directcanada.com/products...anufacture=BFG just doesnt officially suppourt over ddr800

Most people assume SLI video cards will pump out two times the amount of power opposed to having just the one card, however this is a common misconception. One of the users on this forum put it quite simply:
1=1 1+1=1.2 With those figures, spending an additional $280 for the stock model is wasteful.

the 8800 gt's are scaling round +40-50% its not bad.
