are there any mATX SLI boards on the horizon?

If not, what would you recomend for a mATX motherboard for a gaming system? In the past I have not been to happy with the performance of the shuttles, and I am looking to build a SFF computer that can still push good FPS's with the newest crop of games coming out.

No SLi on mATX. AMD? Intel? Budget?
