Default i present you with a challenge!! can you handle it?

OK, here's the challenge....who can price out the best custom PC for under 300 bucks?
it should have the ability to:
run XP
rip / manage enormous amounts of music (we're talking 250+ CD's)
watch DVD's flawlessly (no hiccuping!!)
burn cd's / dvd's in under 2 / 6 mins.
run photoshop without hiccuping

can you handle it? barebones are 100% legal in this challenge.
winner gets a cookie....yeah, thats right, a cookie.

[i will not be held liable for allergic reactions due to chocolate chips, oatmeal / raisins, or any other delicious type of treat baked at 350~400 degrees fahrenheit.]

I've got a small e-machines computer that I will sell you for $100, put in a new video card, and some new ram and you'll be golden.

Not a bad build, drop that 320 gig to 160 and u drop 30 bucks off the price. Other than that you can't do much better for $300. $300 gives a very basic budget build, you can search ebay for a used system that has a p4 w/ht but thats about the best you can do.
