Default live video streaming on dating site

hi,
I am a webmaster working at Real Infoware, one of India's largest BPO and Software / Web Outsourcing companies.

I am maintaining a dating site for our client and am in the process of adding some very unusual features:

1. A feature that allows members to record their movies using their web-cams through their browser and then later upload them on their profile. A good example of what I want to offer can be found at http://www.userplane.com/apps/videoRecorder.cfm

2. Another feature that I want is to allow the member's to view the video files of other members. I want this feature to be in Flash only. i.e. if a user wishes to view a video file of another member then on clicking the icon a small pop-up window opens up and the video file is streamed down in real time on the user's machine in Flash. I do not want to allow the user's to save the movie file on their hard drive, rather I would like the users to view the file through Real Time Media Streaming. A good example of video feeds in Flash is www.lavalife.com a excellent dating site.

Could you'll advice me what would be the best way to go in implementing these. Either to buy the licenses from Eyeball and Userplane or have it coded from scratch. Any place from where I can get the scripts which can be further modified for customization as per our client's requirement.

If any of the webmasters around has a similar application already built then I am open to the option of buying it.

Any help or directions on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Cheers!!!!
