Default Internet explorer problems

I keep having this problem with internet explorer. Everytime i browse to a spefic site, for instance, computerforum.com was one, the internet explorer is closed. I usually get something that says "DEP has closed internet explorer......". I even went into the DEP settings and told DEP not to run for Internet explorer. After i restarted my computer, the problem persisted. Right now, I'm running Internet Explorer with no add-ons. could someone help me get around this problem so i dont have to use the "no add-on" version of windows all the time?

Does this sound like a virus?

I have resolved this...

I found an add-on called dcads. I have no idea where i came from, but ive seen it before on popups and such. I tested to see if this was the problem by disabling it in internet explorer. The porblem was resolved. I then uninstalled it and deleted the file "ncsaaae.dll" which was a file associated with the add-on.
