Well its really starting to p**s me off now so im bassically gonna buy:

Brand New Fan and Heatsink
Upgrade To 3.0 Ghz
2 512 MB of Ram

Thats the last fing i know to do, cuz people say check bios check bios, i have tried and i didnt find anything suspicious to me. So if anyone thinks what im gonna buy is the bad thing to do then please can you tell me cuz i dont want to me spending alot of money and at the end have my pc switching off!!

I would not buy new cpu/ram first, I would go with a new mobo first, because if it is a bios prob, which it very well might be, then a new mobo will solve it, cpu, ram, hsf won't.

So, I would recommend a new mobo first, if that don't work, you got a big problem.
