I don't see any fine-print nor any technical specs, which would seem iffy to me.....

The guys over at DSLreports seem to like it.

Edit: now that I read more about it, I really do want to try this out. It's super cheap, the quality is supposed to be great, it's unlimited service.. There are no downsides. Nice find man!

Same way you receive calls normally, the phone rings, and if you feel like it you'll pick it up. They'll give you a phone number. You have to keep the internets running obviously.

I wonder if your phone number would show on other peoples caller id's when you make an out going phone call? And I dont see any caller id service available for the user end?

It would, as a 703 area coded number, or something like that. you get Caller ID as well, I believe.
