Default Requesting Suitable Virus Remover

SIR,

My desktop computer is having a problem that its task manager is not available because of some virus. i.e. during start / booting time all the screens are in correct, but after some seconds the desktop /explorer is gets disappear and i can work by pressing alt+ctrl+del and from that i have to browse to a particular file.

Kindly advice me whether i have to go for re format the computer? or any virus remover availble?. (Already scanned by avast, Adaware proffessional, spybot destroyer. but result is zero.)

please advice me.
