I can record my guitar using the microphone jack on my computer while in Edit Mode in Adobe Audition, but when I go to multi-track mode, the "record" buttons are dimmed and won't function. I just switched to Windows Vista. What do I do to be able to record in multi track mode?

im not sure what you mean, the guitar is all coming from my amp which is plugged directly into my microphone jack
