Well, ok, what program did you use before? Or if you don't know, HOW did you burn the discs before? How did you get the stuff in there? Did you do that in windows (explorer)?
I've always used the Windows Media Player.
If possible, try lowering the burning speed to minimum (there should be an option for it somewhere that lets you choose something like 4x,8x,16x and so on, choose the lowest)

I hope some people would drop by and suggest some good pieces of burning software. I use Nero, that's the best I've ever used.
Should I buy this or see if changing the burning speed works first?
Oh and what's the make/model of your lappy? I assume you're running XP?
