Default External HDD copy

Hey guys!
I didn't know where to post this, so in General Computer Chat it goes.
Alrighty. So, my sister got rid of her laptop and now has a new one. I will be inheriting it. Unfortunately, I need it soon and she hasn't copied the stuff off it that she needs. So, I was thinking I would clone her HDD onto an external 160GB USB HDD. What do I need to be able to clone? I guess some sort of program on a bootable CD?

Thanks!

P.S. She would also like to keep all her e-mails from Outlook Express. Is there anyway to export them and then import them on the new computer?

You can use Norton Ghost to clone the HD. Click here for the 30 day free trial.

I'm not sure about Outlook Express. I only know how to backup/restore Office Outlook. Click here for a MS article that discusses that operation.
