haha... so lets put it this way. i wouldnt like to spend over $7000 USD

now if there are 20-30 of these in a room im thinking you might want to have like a ghost image that can be quickly reinstalled whenever is necessary right?
if that did happen then it wouldnt really be possible for the users to save their work on the systems themselves right? as you never know when the computer might get re-ghosted. so what would happen about that?

would quadro sli be worth it then?

basically... in maya 3d, is the rendering gonna benefit enough to justify 2 cpu's and 2 quadro's?
