there is no problem with your computer
it just refuses to run brainwashing games
that turn kids into outcasts
and turn adults into job-less, hairless 40 year old smelly men living at home with their mothers

Dying memory can causes such restarts and weird behavior like you desribed... Find out if the memory is bad, and just replace it. Memtest86 will not harm any components more than Disk Defragmenter or any other game.

Memtest86

It sends information to the chip, if it comes back, good. If it comes back scrambled or not at all, bad chip. The errors are obvious, they'll show up at the error screen
