Disable or Delete Vibrant Popup Ads

How do i stop the ads opup while searching. Heres a page that has it:

The words that are double underlined, when you mouse over them, a small box pops up and at the top right of it, it says vibrant which most of those kind of popup ads due. How do I disable them? Is there something I can download?

Those are definition popups not ads. The deifinition for each term is provided so you can follow the text. Softpedia doean't have all the popup ads you run smack into on other sites. In fact that's one of the few "clean adware/spyware free MS approved" sites to find things like redistributed updates and files for verious OSs there.

The definition type of popups are commonly used in many online articles and scripted into the web page itself. The real annoyance is going to other sites and have a floating ad appear out of nowhere to block what you are trying to read.
