Question How Do You Make A Wireless Network In Network Connections?

A need to know, I just hooked up a new router but I don't have a wireless network thingie and haven't since I got a new hard drive. How to a create one. I've downloaded some network adapters, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Have you installed the software+drivers on your hardwired computer and the other ones on the future network?

I assume there installed. I got a new hard drive for my laptop a couple weeks ago. It's almost like getting a "new" laptop. It's more crappy now. I hardly had any problems with my last hard drive.

Well assuming Windows is installed and such, if you don't see a wireless connection listed under the Network Connections page, then the driver isn't installed correctly. You need to make sure you have the correct driver for the make and model of your card, also some need different drivers for different revisions of the card.

If you do see the wireless connection listed but don't see a wireless network, then the problem is most likely at your router/ap (assuming your NIC is turned on an enabled).

I forgot the reply to this one. I had fixed the problem last night. I've downloaded Antjeros wireless LAN and it works. Thank you.
