Default I think i broke my usb

Hey I have a mouse usb, and i always rip it out and plug it bak in....
And i have another thing 2 plug in... They never show up in the thingo so i just rip em out... now one wont connect........ oppss

Any tips

All my USB Items (including phone)

I have never "safely Removed Hardware" on.

Try leaving it for a day, Then trying again, I have found this sometimes works.

Try Different Ports?
