Default Thinking about getting a G92 8800 GTS (when released)

I'm Thinking about upgrading my gpu from a 8500gt (which i think is sh*te) to a g92 8800 GTS 640mb.

Here are my current system specs:

Processor - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Memory - 4GB Kingston 800mhz
PSU - 600watt Thermaltake
Graphics - 8500gt 512mb
Hard drive - 500gb seagate 7200rpm

or would a g92 8800gt be a better option?

thanks

Aaron

We have to wait an d see how well they perform, but they are supposed to be better than the 8800GT, so just wait until they are out and read up some reviews.

I beleive the GT 512 is better then the GTS 320, But since you are deciding to get the GTS 640 I think it may be better, but will have lower memory clock.

^^ He's planning on the new GTS, based off the G92 core. It's supposed to be released soon I think. It's a good idea, of course wait for the verdict, but It's probably you're best bet all thing considered.
