I want to install the floppy drive from my dell dimension 4500 in to my dell dimension 8400. The inside of my 8400 is almost exactly the same as my 4500 and when I install it in exactly the same way and I start windows, it doesn't see any new hardware. I think it has something to do with the powersupply cause I don't see any lights blinking on the floppy drive when I start my pc
Did I do something wrong?
