Question About Medusa 5.1

Ok I want to get the Medusa 5.1 ProGamer Edition V2 ( http://www.medusa-usa.com/medusa-51-...-v2-p-896.html ) which uses jacks that look like (the usb jack just being for power i believe...obviously doesnt have to do with the sound card)

and is this compatible with an X-Fi Xtreme Gamer with ports that look like

whats the question? how to hook it up? compatablity?
