Hi, everyone. I'm building a pc with these specs:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2gb memory 250gb hard drive 16mb buffer Maybe one wireless pci networking card Either a 8600gs 512mb or an ATI Radeon X1950GT 512mb (might change, but a graphics card that is equivalent to those or better). At least two to three case fans, no leds in the case or on the fans What would be a good power supply for these specs? I know the graphics cards can change what is needed in a power supply, but just something that should be adequate enough to power cards in that range. I'm looking to spend around $50 to $60 or so. Thanks. Also, I know that this is a little out of place, but is it better to have 256mb or GDDR3 memory in your graphics card, or 512mb of GDDR2? Thanks again. |

Ok! That sounds great. I forgot to mention that the motherboard is a micro atx, but I believe this ps is atx and I beileve that an atx will work with a micro atx motherboard. This board is compatible with 20 or 24 pin supplies. Thanks.
