Default removing upgrade

since i downloaded the lastest update for my video card from microsoftupgrades i have not been able to play and of my games. is there away to remove the upgrades?

I assume the upgrade is simply a new driver? Have you tried installing another driver, either new or old, from ATI's website?

How about Control Panel/Performance and Maintenance/System/Device Manager - Expand Display Adaptor in the options and right click your adaptor choosing properties. Then click Driver tab and then Roll back driver.
