Default 8600 Gts open box???

im on a real budget and found this-

should i mess with open box or just get the new one?? or should i get a diffrent card overall???

Just get the new one, only things that are worth to buy open box/oem are the hdd and dvd burners

Are you gonna run XP or Vista? Seems irrelevant, but just concerned about price:performance ratio...
