Default Specifing language for non-unicode programmes

First of all I'd like ta say hi to everyone
i'm new

ok this is my question
I am using eng Win XP OS and I have some Chinese and some English prog/ exe files on my computer. I have problem executing both kinds of prog at the same time. This is what I do: goto control panel > language options > advanced > language for non-Unicode programs choose a lang dependin on what program i wanna run and reboot. That's very inconvenient.

Is there a way I can spcify the language for each prog/exe??

million thanks!!

so both apps run in one language and you want apps to run in a selected lang. I dont think windows can do that.
