Default Putting Beryl on to Ubuntu...How?

Ok, I go on beryl site, download the folder for aquamarine, all good, then i click on the configure file, not opening anything, i check in the INSTALL text and it goes on with some complicating coding i gotta do, and for a Ubuntu noob it's chinese.

If anyone can tell me a version of beryl they installed and hwo they got to putting it on there computer

Beryl is old news men, i suggest you look for compiz-fusion in your repositories (Package manager)
but you can visit the ubuntu link HERE
keep this in mind

scratching the brain.....

i think it's located in SYSTEM-->ADMINISTRATION-->SYNAPTIC PACKAGE MANAGER
you use it to install software on ubuntu (or linux)

sometimes you need to reload to get new updated/new software , for that you need to go to SETTINGS-->REPOSITORIES (still scratching brain, hair falls off) simply enable the unticked repos

ok, both compiz-fusion objects in the synaptic package manager and all other compiz - something i could find are also installed if they werent already...theres no apparent change, hwo do i put 3d desktop?
