Hi all,
I'm trying to troubleshoot speaker probs. My system is the Dell PWS490, Intel Xeon, running Vista. I have a Plantronics blue tooth headset which works fine to listen to videos, music etc. I cannot get the computer to recognize my Harman/Kardon speakers. I plug the external speakers in and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks for you help. Daniel |

Are you disabling your headset before connecting the speakers? Right click the little speaker in the bottom right and select playback devices and make sure the headphones are not the default, the speaker ports are.
