hi, i recently found the python bluetooth code, how do you use it? (ie, what type of file shod it be and how to make it work)

Python is almost 20 years old.

Python is used very heavily by the US government.

python is more of a scripting language.

in *nix environments you see a lot of: perl, python, ruby, and shell scripting.
