ya amd sucks atm but i think there coming out with quads to soon, but dont know the prices and preformnce comparing to intels 45nm

well what if i did just go with a sli 680i chipset and a intel q6600 2.4 ghz and 2 good gforce sli cards will that handle present games and least couple years down road of gaming???

but yeah, if you can wait untill january for the new intel lineup, or a Q6600 and 680i if you want to buy now

On topic: I would get (if only I had socket AM2

) a high-end X2 something like a 6000+ or even the 6400+ Black Edition (easier to overlock)
