Default Can my computer handle it?

So I want to get Gears of War on my PC cause I don't have an X-box 360. The problem is that im wondering if my graphics card can handle it because it's the only thing in my PC I don't update (cause I rarely play computer games). Im almost 100% sure that everything else in my computer can but if not please bring it up. Ive listed my PC specs in my signature. And I hope ive listed this in the right area.

Everything else is alright, but the graphics card is very weak, you might even have problems running it at the lowest setting.

i would be super impressed if the 9250 could run the game at all, and to be honest if you take away the amazing graphics GOW has to offer it really takes the zing out of the game.
Just ask santa for a new gpu! B)
