We got a Ubuntu machine over here, and i hate it, lol. I'm a complete linux noob, I hate having to enable and install crap through the terminal. I don't know the commands, man! Shoot me.

M$ has made me one lazy ass, half educated, dependent geek... [/cries]

Yeah, linux can be very frustrating. It has made long strides in the last few years. Thinking back on ubuntu hoary, those where the day
O btw, you can use synaptics package manager to install programs instead of the terminal.

I love these ppl with Macs that have PowerPC processors and try to run Vista in BootCamp... I know someone that tried this on a G4, this was a dumb move on his part, of course it resulted in issues.

My new Dell laptop will run: Vista Home Prem, BackTrack 2, and another competitor's OS <--

I didn't think it really matters at this point, I think Microsoft has done all they can do for XP. Its probably as perfect as it can be. You do bring up a good point though.

People lets not fight, to each their own. The only thing I don't like about Apple are their commercials. I mean its so childish to attack your competitor, Apple can make a commercial that shows the advantage of Mac's without bashing the competition.
