First off let me say this is not the same computer I have been trying to fix.If you were one of the people whol helped me with that, thank you.

This computer is brand new I have only had it hooked up for about a month.
Sometimes it is super fast and some times it is really slow. I keep getting booted offline(i think that is with my modem though)

You are running MyWebSearch. This is not technically malware, but it is thought to be bad by many experts and it will bring malware with it. There are safer alternatives available such as the Google toolbar. I recommend that you remove it. To do so, click on Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs. If MyWebSearch appears, click on it and click Remove.

Firstly, you are running HijackThis from a temporary folder. This is dangerous as backups that HijackThis creates will be lost.

Please download the HijackThis installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...HJTInstall.exe.

Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.
