Thumbs up MIDI sequencer/editor to replace good ol' jazzware?

hey,

this is a REAL long shot... but i was curious if anyone knows of any good midi sequencer/editor software for mac that is comparable (simplicity, capabilities) to that amazing, yet outdated, program for windows/linux called Jazzware??

Man I loved jazzware, and was using it as a helpful tool in my compositional process until a couple of weeks ago when I finally moved to mac. I was basically using it to create/edit midi files without an actual keyboard (just punched in notes from the "internal keyboard" with the mouse).

Anyway, if anyone has advice, that would be SUPER, but I'm not really expecting anything. Thanks anyway!!
