I'd get a stable power supply and a UPS system since UPSes are also line conditioners.

But if the internet port lights up when I put an ethernet cable in would the motherboard still be working? If it's fried would nothing work?

I tested the Power supply using a power supply tester and everything tested ok.

Should I just go with a new motherboard and cpu?
