It may depend on if the IDE controller has been disabled in BIOS seeing that you have no IDE devices in use at the mo

but apart from that just put it on the end of an IDE lead(instead of the middle connector) and set jumper to master(or slave doesn't really matter as it's the only one on the cable, but I'm just thinking about future expansion of a second drive
