Have you tried pulling out your video card, blowing out the socket with compressed air and reseating it?

I've opened up the bottom of the laptop and cleaned out the processor and motherboard but other components are sealed underneath some casing which seems to be attached and non-removable. However, when the OS is running and I "hit" the bottom at the front the lines change to be smaller, longer or deeper. I think there is a lot of dust here. I know where the problem is but I just can't access it.
