Default Macnoob has returned ith a request for some help

Okay, yu guys are some of the best people to ask for any random issue i have so here goes.

I have a Mac(duh) and as you know for every guide on how to do something on a windows there almost always needs to be one for Mac. I can get by quite well with windows and have never needed much help o this there, but i cannot figure out how to write an ISO to a cd on a mac please help i need my sabayon linux!, if not posible what would be a good method to get it to my windows computer?

to burn ISO's you need a program, i used ROXIO TOAST TITANIUM,
oh yeah the price

open up disk utility under /Applications/Utilities/DiskUtility.app and when it opens drag your ISO onto the middle left hand side of the application window. Then insert your media, and when it asks what application you want to open it in, you chose disk utility, and then after that you click on the nuculear fallout icon (black and yellow) and it will burn your image.

No need to buy software, and it is really that simple.
