Default windows clock

I recently scanned the computer for adware and spyware and the scan did not find anything noticeable wrong. I then noticed the computer clock had changed from standard time to military time on its own, can anyone explain what just happened and how to fix this problem.

I don't know how it happened, but I can tell you how to fix it...

Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language and Regoinal Options > Change Format of Numbers, Dates and Times > Customize > Then Go to The 'Time' Tab
